I just want to thank you both so much for all you do for this community. I've been struggling lately with several things, including staying keto/ketovore. Stress, worry, and frustration can be so detrimental not just mentally but physically. Having you both as well as the entire 2kk family for support and motivation is a God send for me, and today's keto on the couch was exactly what I needed to give me the emotional boost that I've needed. Thank you again so much…you are a true blessing to so many.

Staying Keto with the holidays. Made three kinds of cookies for Christmas today. Oatmeal raisin with chocolate chips, snicker doodles, and Frosted Sour Cream Sugar cookies. Had one snickerdoodle and a small spoonful of the oatmeal cookie dough just because that is my favorite way to eat Oatmeal Raisin cookies.

Had a major Diet Coke addiction for years (at Least 1/2 gallon per day). After trying to taper and then getting sucked back in many times, I decided to go cold turkey. I just drank lots of water for a month or so, then added unsweetened iced tea. It's not a "treat" like soda, but after several days of headaches and night sweats, I've decided I don't ever want to do that again. Haven't had a soda in over 1.5 years!

I posted recently on the FB group recently about being disheartened. We have been very strict BBB&E for 5 months. This month to take a holiday break I have been following Ho-Ho-Ho Just Stay Keto allowing some Keto treats without feeling guilty or bad. We may not be strict but we are still keto. Happy Holidays!

It amazes me how people are just instantly put off because keto/carnivore isn’t the “norm” but it’s the best. Instant judgment. Where was this judgement when I was eating Taco Bell 3 or so times a week?!

Keto in a budget was how I started I was a working single mom of teen girls and I rocked that!!! They also ate what I made or they didn’t. I have never been able to buy pop tarts, sugary sugar etc because they would eat it up in one setting. That worked out on my behalf when we went to a keto home. When they started working they could use their money for junk I wasn’t.

My sister who is currently as over weight as I was doesn’t even want to talk to me about keto. She just keeps saying that it will kill me. Sadly I look at her diet and think the same thing about what she is eating.
