I made it. It tastes great. How could it not taste great…it's cream cheese. I just didn't like the texture. It was really soft…even overnight in the fridge. So, I put it in the freezer to make it more firm (yum, cheesecake ice cream). Much better. This is my no-bake cheesecake recipe from now on.
