I was on BP meds (Lisinopril) 25 years. I am 75. In July 2022 I went keto (low carb high fat) with intermittent fasting 20/4 and within a month was able to toss the BP meds. I have learned high blood pressure is one of the first signs of insulin resistance. Not the only sign but a big one. It is likely I have had insulin resistance 25 years but because the medical community focuses on glucose instead of insulin levels the problem gets overlooked.
BTW Giving insulin to a Type2 diabetic is giving them poison. There high insulin levels are already the problem. The medical community needs to catch up.😡 I always say, “They’ll kill you with the cure.”
BTW they should not still be separating patients from their families. That’s nothing but a power play and it hurts the patients.

All the fast processed food u eat is loaded with sodium & that is horrific for your BP! Once again, eat at home & eat the basics like u said u did when u started & lost weight & got much healthier on keto! Stop with all the junk fast foods!

You're great, girl! What a fun video. You've had quite the week, but a great attitude. Great stories. You should look into resveratrol supplements. It's the chemical that's in red wine. I take them instead of drinking. I'm a former addict and can't drink. Good stuff!

Can't read the bible from an intellectual point, it's not to be understood that way 2Corinthians4:3&4. Seek Him 1st. His name is Jesus. In the beginning was the Word & the Word was with God & the Word was God. He created ALL things & He holds ALL things together Colossians 1:17. Scientists a few yrs ago discovered a "cosmic glue" that holds the universe together…duh lol! The Word already told us that He holds ALL things together. He is far beyond our understanding. But He really came to the earth that He created & He really laid down His life for all of His creation & He really rose from the dead. He came back & taught his disciples after He rose from the dead. Death couldn't hold Him! Over 500 people saw Him 1Corinthians 15:6. We can accept Him or reject Him but what we think or feel doesn't change the truth. And now days people say, This is my truth. No. Truth is not subjective. What is truth? Jesus said He is the truth John 14:6. He is the son of God. He is love. Hugs!

Joanie, have you tried Respirate? It's a tool that helps bring your HBP down. I think ins. can cover it too. Also, hypnosis can really help with it. I'd never be offended, if I was, I just wouldn't watch it, but yes, connecting with God the Father, is essential.

I told her he wanted to keep her sick she won’t stop making tamales and tortillas and everything else including all the sweets! She’s super stubborn and doesn’t care to hear me out! Now my sister who is eight years younger than me just got put on insulin! Another one that won’t listen! 😢

Baking soda is great for the pits. Just dust on, then brush off. You'll be good. Also, dermatologists will tell you that washing w/ a creamy acne wash will keep your pits and other bits from stinking.

Totally on board with your thoughts on the medical field. I tried a parasite cleanse years ago. It did nothing. But later come to realize I didn’t do it correctly or

long enough. I want to do one. Trying to figure out if I can afford it and which protocol to use. If I do it and feel it’s successful then want to do heavy metal detox. Best of luck. Thanks for all you do. ❤️

Im not against the idea of walking outside barefoot, but my husband did it one time and stepped on a wasp. So Im not doing that 🤣 but i do believe in the healing process of meditation for sure. I've done it. I listen to guided meditation videos on youtube. The Honest Guys is a great channel.
Reading the bible can be difficult and yes there are some scary things in there. I was told by 2 random strangers at 2 separate times to Start with the New testament, read all the way through to Revelations then go and read the old testament. Much easier that way

Mother, Father and nutrition! I LOVE that. I HATE red wine. I am allergic to shoes( 😀 ), so grounding is pretty often. The green teas are a common recommendation to control blood pressure. My favorite green tea is actually jasmine. Love your knowledge about keto. My mom is older, diabetic and stubborn. Sweet potato is good for u?? Sigh.. NEHow… Happy birthday to Dad. Prayers for your mom!
