I've been making these for a long time now but with some definite differences!! Looking forward to trying your version!
I love the idea of starting with the cheddar cheese to give it a nice base! I've always just used it on top! Thank you again!!
Btw, love how you love pepper too😋😁😉

loving your channel. using your recipes to help husband after his heart attack. it would be greatly useful if you could add macros for your recipes. I'd know exactly how much he is eating because sometimes when we cook healthy we can overeat more easily and that would defeat the purpose. thanks for your creativity. wonderful recipes!

Sarah, in this video you give the oven temperature as 400° for 20 – 30 minutes, but I note when I copied the printed version, you give the oven temperature as 375°. Which should it be?
I am from Nova Scotia, Canada and just want you and CJ to know how much I enjoy the great Keto information and recipes that you share in your videos and look forward to many more.

This is awesome.  Now I want to take my kids camping and fishing and feed them keto…..alas, though sad it be, they are both over 40, and I can't get them away from their technology.   lol  If you read the last part, it is supposed to rhyme,  oh well, it was funny in my head. hahahah  Hope you are having a blast 😉 🙂 🙂   I can kind of remember on good days, the fun I had with my kids when they were small.  lololol   Have a blessed day 😉
