Flan was originally created and perfected in France, Italy, Spain, and Portugal. It’s a very popular dessert taken over by many Latino cultures, so to just call it Mexican flan is simply misleading. I appreciate your recipe in that it’s KETO and a healthier version.

I love everything you make! So excited to make your keto flan because flan is a favorite of this Texas girl. And I don’t know if you have ever had chocolate flan but I love it even more and cannot wait to convert your recipe. Yippee!

I made this and it was Amazing! The only things I didn't like was the carmel sauce, it was too sweet but I just scraped most of it off and it was great. I ended up cooking it for 1hr 20min and it was perfect.
