I made the casserole just the other night but forgot to thaw my broccoli and so it came out too watery. I am going to try the peanut butter bars. Looks ez and yummy. Keeping you and your family in my prayers

Welcome back and not a moment too soon! Thank you for the time to put this very simple pair of recipes together plus the breakfast. I have gotten so bored with cooking that I’m just about eating three things mainly eggs! Thank you for exciting me again. BTW where is the recipe? Your voice sounds great I can’t wait to hear your story.

Hi Misti! I have a peanut butter cup recipe that’s really easy and delicious, too. Melt 1 cup of natural peanut butter and I stick of butter in the microwave. Mix it well and add in 3/4 cup of powdered sweetener substitute (I use Swerve). I put it into a 12 cup muffin tin lined with silicone. Freeze it for 20-30 minutes. Then melt 1/2 cup sugar free chocolate chips in the microwave and spread on the cups. Return to the freezer for at least an hour. The cups are a good size, similar to a regular Reese cup and are about 1-2 net carbs depending on your brand of chocolate and peanut butter. I’ve tried different flavors of Lily’s and even made just the peanut butter cup without the chocolate. I’m going to try the peppermint chips for Christmas ☺️

I first started following because of your meal preps. You use to make massive meal preps. I always thought you must be exhausted. Thanks for these great ideas. Keep up the good work

These look so good! I make eggs and chorizo for my husband Javi. He loves it with onion, jalapeños, beans and corn tortillas! So good! I either eat it with the beans and no tortillas or vice versa to keep my carb count lower.

I had never had or heard of the raw chorizo that isn’t in a link until I moved to Arizona. But oh my lord I love chorizo and early on in Keto I would meal prep enough for 3-4 meals and I could even eat that for supper. I like less egg and more meat but everybody is different…💋🧚🏻‍♀️❤️🇺🇸

Misti… in your chick-broc casserole, was it smoked paprika or traditional Hungarian paprika? I ♥️ making my own Alfredo sauce too and we do it exactly the same way (nutmeg all the way!)

You reminded me that I have some frozen burgers in my freezer. Thank you for inspiration.
Also bought some chorizo so hope to make it with some eggs and potatoes. My family does not to Keto and I do low carb.
I may try that Alfredo sauce. Looked so delicious. So does that dessert.
