Rotisserie chickens are such a blessing on keto. I can always grab one and steam a bag of vegetables and pat myself on the bag for still being pretty healthy.
I started using cabbage as a noodle substitute after watching a video of yours. And I love it! Also, I totally agree that after loosing wieght you can't just go back to eating whatever. Keeping the wieght off is important for our health and wellbeing.
Hi Ally, I have a question for you – did you know, when you were heaviest, that under all that weight you were actually a really beautiful woman? You were cute when you were heavy but you weren't beautiful. Now I would describe you as beautiful. Just wondered what your thoughts were back then
yea I can't do intermittent fasting – when I get hungry, I get a headache, my stomach tightens and I feel weak and faint. So I have to eat.

Ally, I love your channel! You make keto so easy and sustainable. I’m with you on the cabbage but sometimes I fry bacon and then cook the cabbage in the grease. Yum! Rotisserie chicken is always in our meal rotation. Thanks for all you do for your peeps. ☺️
Pls don’t put your food in plastic containers and microwave. 🙈very unhealthy. Plastic will leach into your healthy cabbage.

I feel like you would love this recipe for Unstuffed Cabbage. I make it with lean ground beef so I can have more of it and I use Rao’s marinara. I make a big pot every week and just reheat for lunch or dinner. I also sprinkle Parmesan cheese on it. Lots of cabbage! https://www.allrecipes.com/recipe/235997/unstuffed-cabbage-roll/
