    Don’t go to Amazon to get your molds. WalMart has silicone cup cake molds, only $2 for 12 liners. Usually in the cake making area but I found them in the kitchen gadget area on a chip clip hanger

    Loved everything about this video👐🏾👐🏾👐🏾. I don't like cheese but I think I can still make those muffins without it.😋 That meatloaf had me salivating🤤. And the cheese cake took me out 🍰. I can't wait for the "how did it taste" video. I'm doing an extended 5 day dry fast as I watch this video😥😥😥

    I'm planning on doing some meal prep this weekend. Bacon (it's been a while), salad ingredients, pumpkin muffins and possibly some peanut butter chocolate chip bars. I learned to soak my fruits and salad stuff in vinegar water from you – I can't believe the color of the water sometimes! I think it helps preserve the items, as well.

    I checked the ingredients on that Badia seasoning and it contains MSG. There are many alternate names for MSG such as modified food starch, dextrose, maltodextrin, etc. MSG is what they inject into rats to fatten them up for experiments. Some people have averse reactions to MSG such as migraines. I'm pretty sure it spikes one's insulin as well if that is a concern for you.
