This looks so good… love hubby uses gloves to do mixing, I have a hang up of mixing things with hand because of under finger nail stuff…so kudos to him, goinna try these . You have the nutrient breakdown. Re: carbs, protein, fat content would be informative. Thks so much

The only issue I have with calling this a keto dish are the ingredients in the Better Than Boullian… pea protein, sugar, corn syrup, et al, are NOT keto ingredients. It does look delicious, however.

As a guy … mixing the spices in to the ground beef is the fun part…
Big chunks of onion … Check
Mushrooms … Check (I actually prefer 20% sliced and the rest of them whole since I'm not doing noodles or potatoes)
In this recipe I saw an opportunity to Grill the patties instead of frying (just another guy thing as that would be fewer dishes)
Garlic … jarred stuff is fine but no reason you can't add some whole cloves in as well (if Mom is eating the same meal of course)

Power User Trick …. Snag a cup or 2 of the juice/soup before adding the thickener (Red Solo Cup and into the Freezer, do this all the time and then you never need broth again and get some good Fat too)
    I love my Pressure Cooker!

Thank you so much for the recipe! I never knew xanthax gum could be used as a thickener! It’s a game changer for me! THANK YOU! I did it all in the instant pot. So so easy and in my macro limit.
