Garam masala has ‘curry’ in it -you may be referring to TUMERIC.
I’ve had an IP for about 3 years now. Love it. I’ve always loved butter chicken and that was my go-to at Indian restaurants. Since Keto, the only recipes I’ve found seemed complicated and used with coconut milk in the cans. 👎🏼 This recipe makes me happy. Thanks for sharing. This is one I’ll definitely be using VERY soon. ❤️
May I suggest to get the moisture out of the Cauli rice to use an Air Fryer for a few min the one like Aroma model not the upright.

I don't mean to sound rude but you both are acting like you haven't heard of the instant pot. Have you been living under a rock? That was one of the big things for Christmas.

Electric blender is much easier, and butter in with the cauliflour much nicer.
