Have you ever tried putting a folded kitchen towel over your pressure valve once you open it to release the steam? I just fold a kitchen towel in half & lay it over the top of the pot to cover the valve so all that moisture doesn’t go everywhere. Really helps with clean up. I just throw the towel in the washer when I’m done & I don’t have to worry abt cleaning the walls & ceiling every time I use the IP.😊
