Gonna have to try that one Mark. Btw, as many kettles as you have, I always find it interesting that you seem to use the Zebra pot for coffee/cocoa so much of the time. I understand the versatility aspect, but I honestly find that the GSI kettle makes a better pot than the Zebra does a kettle. Thoughts?

Almost 200 cal from a cup of hot coco. That is impressive. Mixing it with butter or ghee, maybe? Or the first extract of coconut? I would add just touch of salt which would make the drink sweeter and nuttier, believe it or not. I am counting the days until you coming out of retirement and opening a 'Roadkill Meets Keto' cafe. Good one, Mark.

I've been afraid to try any MCT product because I am allergic to coconut. I haven't had any luck making a powdered hot cocoa mix that tastes good to me. I do make, at home, keto hot cocoa using heavy cream, Kerry Gold butter, two small squares of 100% cacao unsweetened, monk fruit, vanilla, hot water with peppermint extract, or hot coffee if I feel like mocha. Amazon does sell heavy cream powder. I've been wanting to try it but haven't yet. If you know of a good substitute for MCT please share. After having to dump out a half gallon of homemade hot cocoa mix I've learned my lesson to make way less. The milk powder I used was disgusting in spite of the great reviews.

Thanks for sharing the recipe! I've been keto for about 4 years and it is the most amazing way of eating ! I've lost 100 pounds and feel so much better than when I was eating the standard diet which is high in carbs and processed food.
