I like to go to a few stores as well, but I don't go out of my way for a couple of items because then anything you save on those items are waisted going out of your way.

I do the same. I go to more than one store for keto items I use and need Iโ€™ve always went for sales and the best deal that I can find. These days with prices so high I either do without most of the time or look for lowest price. Thank U for all you do for the group and helping each one of us. I love u and family sweet friend. Have a blessed and safe weekend.

Iโ€™ll have to reset ๐Ÿ˜ฐ. But there are some non keto things left in my freezer that have to go (I donโ€™t have anybody to eat them and I wonโ€™t through food out). Iโ€™m more of than on right now and I still need to get to goal and keep my blood pressure in check (it thankfully still holds the lower levels)!
So get through all of dads 90th ๐ŸŽ‰๐Ÿพ๐Ÿฅ‚๐Ÿ™๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ€ birthday parties, clean the freezer and proper restart on Wednesday!!!!!
    Love yโ€™all ๐Ÿ’•๐Ÿ™๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ€๐Ÿ˜Š

I'd love a keto on a budget series. Not sure how helpful it will be to me, specifically, as we don't have many of the places you shop up north, but I'd still love to see you do it.

I have just started intermittent fasting and keto. I struggle with knowing how much to eat during my eating window. Would it be better to have scheduled times during that window or what do you recommend? Also, I just love your channel and thank you for sharing your life with us!

I have a suggestion for keto on a budget. I buy the non fat Greek yogurt at Aldi. I like a mesh strainer with a coffee filter, place over a bowl, dump over the whole container and set it in rd fridge overnight. I have measured the whey that I strain off and it's just about 1 cup! It makes the thickest, creamiest yogurt you'll ever have not to mention straining all the whey drops the carb count as well. You can add sugar free jam to mix up flavors or I squirt in a bit of water enhancer. The flavor combinations are endless especially with your massive quantities of skinny syrups. You can make your own ratio yogurt, for 3.39 for 5 or 6 containers.
