    Kristi, I am so looking forward to hearing about your Carnivore challenge. Would you share pictures or documentation of your portion sizing? After months of weighing and measuring every single bite I am going more lazy Keto and it would help so much to see your portion sizes😊

    Sorry for silly question but what are the requirements for carnivore challenge?? Been wanting to give it a try but not sure what can have in morning coffee?? Not on Fb. I've seen some carnivore is yes dairy, some say no…??

    I think I've been doing carnivore without realizing it… I've only had meat the past few days and it's been OMAD at that!..

    I went to Aldi yesterday and saw those egg bites. I didn’t get them, I’ll be curious to see how you like them.
    I’ve been close to carnivore for a few months and I love it. I did strict for a couple months.
    I also do IF. I’ve cut diary too. I love cheese and it’s the hardest thing to cut. I do try hard cheeses every once in a while.
    I just have eggs and bacon or homemade pork sausage for breakfast when I eat breakfast. Nothing fancy.
    Chicken jalapeño poppers are the bomb!

    I have seen Sir Kensingtons at my United Grocery but had never heard of it so didn't know it was good. I will have to pick some up to try. I love getting bacon, cheese, sausage at mine. You can't beat the prices!

    I LOVE your videos; I learn so much from you and Nicole! I watch your haul videos and basically use them as shopping lists. I discover more useful products that way! You're like Thomas DeLauer without all of the shirt shedding beefcake shots! I also admire how classy you and Nicole are in acknowledging each other; I hope you two work out an in-person collaboration video (or series) some time soon.

    Oh my God finally someone who I can relate to in the keto world. Where have you been in my life trying to figure this keto lifestyle. Following you for 4 days and can eat anything you post. I even came up with a meal plan for work next week hamburger in a bowl and sausage balls are 2 that’s on my grocery list. I love you and please keep the videos coming.

    Challenge on, lol. I’ll be doing some basic Chaffle (egg, mozzarella) breakfast sammies. Eggs, bacon, sausage. Lunch I kinda switched up what I posted I’m going to do some bacon wrapped chicken tenders, crispy pepperoni n cheese, and sausages. Dinners blue cheese burgers, steak and eggs, and either salmon or blackened tilapia.
