So I started craving peanut butter fat bombs after watching. Mixed 2tbs coconut oil, 2tbs kerrygold butter, 4tbs low carb no sugar peanut butter 5g carbs 3g fiber, 5 drops Sucralose 5 drops chocolate flavored Stevia. Melt, mix, pour and freeze 30min.
Decided to experiment. Tested blood glucose before I eat them all(I knew I would), tested 30min after and 1 hour after. Before eating them I tested 89, waited 30min tested 85, waited 30min more tested 80. Anyone ever had this happen?

I made a pumpkin cheesecake. So delicious. I am a cook at heart so I make my own recipes. I started with an almond flour crust (almond flour/melted butter) baked. Then, I filled it with cream cheese, sweetener and pumpkin puree and pumpkin pie seasoning and heavy whipped topping I made from my heavy whipping cream. It was so delicious. Topped it with some fresh ground nutmeg. This will be my go-to dessert for Thanksgiving for the family this year.

I also made the peanut butter cookie and i agree, is a little dry but is good!
I don't make these anymore because I'm very addicted to sweets. Going carnivore is what helped me the best to control my sweet cravings. Keto didn't help much with my addiction so i couldn't lose weight when doing it. I could do a simple keto with veggies and meat, but eating just meat and eggs makes me feel so good!
I'm loving your pinterest videos! 😊

Pumpkin pie is super easy just follow the directions on the can of pumpkin and just replace the sugar with sweetener 🙂 use cream as your liquid. For the crust I like to use a keto cookie recipe and basically make a big cookie on the pie dish. Could also just make a crustless pumpkin pie.

I eat  whole vegetables and protein
    For pain management
I associate artificial natural and refined sugars with ( sledgehammer level of pain)
    I lost 80 lb now I weigh 130
So it's not a diet it's a way of life
    Due to change of condition
    Pain outweighs cravings
I didn't even know whole Vegetables and protein was a keto diet

Sweets are my weakness. I have never done any of the "flours" just because it seems like a slippery slope for my addictive personality. I see there is a Splenda brown sugar but again, it comes in a bag and the carb devil in my head would nag at me until I found a use for all of it! This was fun and you are so fun!

So funny when you broke into song😂, love these chats, feels like hanging out with a girlfriend. If you are the only one eating sweets in the family, maybe look at single serve desserts.(Divide the recipe for a single portion.)This works for me because when it’s finished, it’s finished and no seconds available!

Hi Ms Ally 😃…. Thanks for the sitting on the floor chat….. I just wanted to pass along a really good resource for recipes that I've compiled quite a book from. The ladys name is Paola and the site is gnomgnom.com.… There are also great videos to show you how to actually make the recipes that she has come up with. The nutritional numbers are included as well. Have fun with the holiday cooking 😉.

Very timely! I have not had any desserts but I'm looking for something to make for the holidays. Also getting ready for my first vacation since I started Keto and hoping, praying, trying to stay on plan for vacation. Down 36 pounds and don't want to go back just because of the "holiday season". Nervous but hopeful. Love your videos, Thanks!

You really can judge your keto progress by your dreams. For the first few months I had dreams about toast and black forest cake. A year and 40kg later and I dream about eating carrots.
