I cheated ……and bought DaVinci sugar free egg nog syrup, DaVinci sugar free Butter rum syrup, Skinny sugar free vanilla syrup, and cashew milk and heavy cream. It was so good. I love sitting by the fire during the holidays with a glass of egg nog.
May you have a specially blessed Christmas celebration remembering the greatest gift to the world.

Yum. lol Pre Keto I loved the heavy rich eggnogs. To me they were like a meal, they would keep me full for hours, sort of like a fat coffee is to me now being keto. Thanks for the recipe. BTW what did you do with the egg whites?

I never liked the store bought eggnog because it was so thick and gummy, but I loved the flavors. I used to make a "mock" eggnog using vanilla pudding mix and I have made homemade before. People who don't like the store bought should give this a try! I know I will be. 🙂 Great editing and thanks for the recipe!

Thank you for this recipe. Plan to make it tomorrow and take to our family gathering. You both do such nice work with Sarah always looking so coordinated with the recipe being presented and speaking so well and CJ's addition of music and editing as well as tasting! LOVE your channel! Merry Christmas to you both. 🙂

OMG, I've never heard of an eggnog latte, but I want one!!! I always get a giggle when you pop the clock on the screen because I've been told "G-d works miracles at 11:58." I grew up drinking home made eggnog that was not thick. Store bought tastes disgusting. Your bloomed vanilla was a process I've never seen. You are very meticulous. I'll bet leftover would be great to freeze in an ice cube tray.

Great recipe! Just as impressive, CJ is noticeably slimming way down. WOW! Kudos on the progress! Merry Christmas Sarah, CJ, and family.
