What brand of whey isolate did you use? When I google search it, only protein powder whey isolates that you drink come up, can I just use those? It seems like theyโ€™re flavored too so I wanted to find a plain one just for baking or cooking with.

Please do a recipe for puff pastry, flaky pie crust, and croissants! I really hope someone creates a perfect keto copy or just low carb version of Costco butter croissant recipe, but Iโ€™m sure itโ€™ll be hard to do. Thereโ€™s only a few keto croissant ๐Ÿฅ recipes Iโ€™ve seen, and none of them look flaky like croissants.

Looks like a great recipe. And thanks for doing the text for the ingredients the way you did. I hate trying to read the white on white text that seems to be so popular with YouTubers lately. It's attractive but useless.
I do have one small criticism though. I worked in food service for many years, and one thing that waves red flags is someone wearing nail polish and not wearing gloves. Personally, I don't wear the stuff. Wearing it is the same as eating it. The chemicals get into you through the skin, handling food, and putting your fingers in your mouth. It's unhealthy for people and the environment, and just plain last decade and unattractive in a world where we need to stop polluting ourselves and our environment in a mindful way. I don't intend to be mean, just to get people to think about what they can do as individuals on a daily basis to easily make a difference. โœŒ๐Ÿ’•๐Ÿฅ“
