    Hi Mayra, I just tested this recipe but made some adjustments (I used 1/3 cup of coconut flour) and some twists (added 2 tsps of Dutch processed cocoa powder and some keto chocolate chips on the 2nd batch) and they still came out awesome! I also did not air fry the donuts since my donut mold was big for the fryer. So baked them instead in the oven for25 mins at 160-170c. Cheers!

    Mine turned out thicker, but I'm not sure why. I followed your exact recipe. Maybe I need to use 1 cup almond flour instead of 1 and 1/4 cup.

    Anyone else have this problem?

    Just made them and they were awesome! Tasted like a regular soft donut! For some reason my batter came out thicker than yours. Maybe bc I mixed it manually rather than using machine. I also didn't have baking powder, so I substituted baking powder with: 1/4 tspn baking soda, 1/4 tspn corn starch & 1/2 tspn lemon juice. Oh and my wet ingredients weren't room temp. And I baked instead or air fried. I guess I had a lot of different things lol either way it worked out well!!!
