Can you pretty please do a dough NOT in the microwave? I haven't had one in 6 years, and really dont want to get one, a microwave that is. I have tried a fathead pizza, it was delicious; but I had to make the dough in a double broiler way (I think that's what its called, a pot of water cooking with a bowl to melt the ingredients) and it took me forever to figure it out. Not sure if with practice I will get better, but would love to see a video on how to do it properly. Just can't seem to find one on YouTube. Love your videos, very encouraging, thank you 😁

I think I might try that flaxseed dough but rolled out thinner and cooked in a pan like a tortilla (I'm without a working oven atm). We don't have monterey jack here, would you say it's more similar to mozzarella or white cheddar? The melted consistency (or texture?) looks kinda halfway in between the two. Thanks for another super video. 🙂

There are a lot of interesting recipes in here. I definitely want to do some chicken tenders with butter and that parmesan "breading" you used. that looks terrific. I really want to make that braided dish. I'd say the bread doesn't look that appealing to me – probably because of th flax seeds. But based on the ingredients I think I would like it.

I haven't used shiratake noodles yet. when you say they do a number on you, do you mean digestively? Or is it a taste/texture thing?
