Yo the KETO 2.0 diet is a fraud. It’s not high fat. That’s how you lose weight on keto. If regular keto, or keto 2.0, or any other diet isn’t working, up the fat content!! Your body needs dietary fat. If you don’t eat enough fat your body can synthesize fat and it will accumulate a lot extra because it thinks your STARVING. Use butter, coconut oil, lard, tallow. Add it to everything and the weight will come off

Is it possible to have carrots on keto? It's one thing I'm missing but worry about the sugar/carb content. Also, you mentioned no dairy with this particular plan but you also mentioned having butter? Thanks!

I have been unsubscribing to many YouTubers and Instagramers due to ignoring the movement right now. I love you guys and your channel. I'm sure you guys have been posting things on Instagram but youtube has a large following and was expecting you guys talk about some of the issues but didnt see anything up. There are so many people let alone your own followers that dont know about the problems that are being talked about right now. You guys have a way with words and speaking to your followers that it would be nice to see a video or acnolagment on your page addressing the issues of today. I'm not trying to tell you what to post or not but more as information on how I'm sure many are feeling right now. Wish you well during these hard times
