Thanks Sonal… I’m making your Panna Cotta for Christmas…. I have quite few of cute really small glass bowls, and they are perfect for it…. And I’m going to make your chocolate cake too… It’s the best… Because what a Christmas celebration without the sweets…. God Bless…. 🍭

Sonal I love your recipe of Panna Cotta very much…. I make it often, because of the gelatin and heavy cream for fat…. I just don’t bother with individual dishes, I pour everything into 9×9 glass dish and carve a piece of it when I want to eat it…. I know it’s not the same, but as I eat it myself it’s just fine…. ( people make all kinds of comments against this recipe without ever even trying it, don’t they?… Just ignore them, because this is the best recipe)…. God Bless…..

I love thus like this, crème brulee, panna cotta, flan, custard, and Turkish custard but it ends up being a big ol' cold sugaregg. I want to keep my divine impression of the most refreshing desserts of all, like this one.

I am still baffled by the amount of so called keto diet and everyone focus on carbs. You guys are aware that it is about eating healthy fats .. but no… carbs lower carbs. That is called montiac diet and not keto.. but as usual everyone wants to ride the hype wagon.
