    First time to make cheesecake and it came out so good! It’s so decadently delicious! I have a sweeter tooth so I added more erythritol . You can add more while making the meringue . Sweetness was perfect for my palate. Thanks for this recipe! 😍

    I tried this and it tastes amazing, decadent and melts in your mouth feeling. I just don’t know where I went wrong because it crumbles when I cut it. Could it be: 1) it went from oven to fridge (it was late at night), 2) used heavier part of coconut cream or 3) egg whites were too dense? The mysteries of baking… the good news is that it is just for me and I won’t telll 😋😜

    Tried this recipe last week. Really loved the texture (how it melts in your mouth), and flavour. It's pretty decadent, but very nice. I found the leftovers to be a little difficult to eat though because it just kind of crumbled apart, lol. It was still delicious though. Will def check out more of your recipes. Thanks!

    I'm in the middle of purchasing a round pan and was wondering if you could give me some advise as i'm a bit lost ><

    I see that following the recipes, you used different round pan like : just the simple one, sprinform and removable bottom. From your experience, is there one that works better than the others ?

    Thank you, it turned out amazing! I didn't have chocolate, so I substituted with more cocoa powder. It was moist, chocolate-y and just overall looked and tasted like if a chocolate cheesecake and a chocolate mousse had a baby 🙂 And a couple of slices, that miraculously survived the night in the the fridge, were even better 🙂

    Made that cake tonight! Simply Delicious! I used Allulose (instead of 1/3 cup as the recipe indicates, I put in 2/3 of a cup). Came out perfection! Thank you! I can't wait to try more recipes from your channel 🙂

    Thank you for a beautiful presentation ! Will make it today, don't have the pan but will figure something out. I looked at the pan link and they also have pans with removable bottoms. Is yours better because you can put it in the water? Just thinking which to order.
