I find the ninja's sear n saute "High" setting way to hot for general cooking, it just burns everything. I only use high for browning meat. Med-High I use mostly. What do you use to clean the element grate and inner surrounding with? Any tips are greatly appreciated. At present I use a handheld steamer and oven wipes. This works ok. I watched a video of cleaning methods and techniques and they all seem to work.
