This keto cheesecake crust is NOT made with almond flour! I experimented with a number of almond flour crusts and just found them bland and boring. I was chatting with my mom one day and she said what about walnuts? Eureka!! I tried it out and here we are 🙂 This crust has the perfect texture and is full of flavor. It also results in a solid chesecake crust that is easy to transfer. Check out my full Keto Cheesecake Recipe here for the best filling! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8XX8XFpKUK8&t=26s

Hello and thanks for this video! Two quick questions: 1.) Could I use ground pecans, instead of walnuts? 2.) What is the amount (grams, cups, whatever) of the FINISHED ground nuts? In other words, how much does 4 cups of walnuts render, when ground up? Thanks so much! ❤️😀❤️

I'm a big fan of "dirty" keto. A delicious recipe with some "incidental" carbs is inevitable–it's keto even if a little carby (dirty)–you can use these mini carb treats on "chest days" if you're "orthodox" keto.

That crust has about 9g of Carbs (1/8th slice) How the heck is that a Keto crust? Once you add the cheesecake filling aspect of the cake would make each slice completely not Keto. It may be low carb and it may be delicious but not Keto at all.
