I've tried this several times. Two things that continue to happen is that the bread is dry and it doesn't hold up well for a sandwich, after one or two bites it crumbles. Any suggestions?
My batter is SUPPER dry. Didn't come out like yours at all. I used coconut flour.
I make this for my teenagers for breakfast before school.. They love it toasted, but they do always find it is a little dry! Great alternative!
