I’ve always thought The Big C was Cancer. I’ve noticed many ppl are using it referencing Covid now. As someone who has lost my Mom and Father in-law to cancer, I’d like to say I don’t like that reference. Let’s please get back to calling it Covid.

The best part of being on this journey for almost 4 yrs is all my family and friends that were shocked of how I looked like I found the Fountain of Youth, then were inspired and started keto journies of their own. Best reward!

I would be interested in seeing how to render fat down in an Instant Pot. I also need to check to see if I can get chicken skins from my local grocery store butcher. You 2 are still very entertaining to watch and I hope that next year I will be able to attend a conference with you.

    I love your advice!!!

The hardest part of doing keto is get over all the old diet thoughts and eat and don't be scared.

Joe and Racheal are so spot-on in advice and passion!! Wooo Hooo!

It been coming up to my forth year next month and I have a totally new body. I'm pushing 60 years old and my family and life long friends will walk right past me – just listen to the two crazy people!

I hope to meet them one day I live in Hawaii. mahalo!

Oh i forgot, 216 lbs lost, 26 inches from the waistline, 5x to a large. Started three months before shutdown. I'm 191 lbs and I have abs and I don't go to the gym. I wear a size 34 inch pants, the last time I wore this is was 3rd grade

Carnivores Angel did a beef tallow video awhile ago. She also did one on using it as a lotion!
Put chicken skin in the air fryer 325 degree for 15 minutes. So good. My butcher friend at the supermarket I work at said that they are told to throw out the skin or fat and they do not allow them to save it for anyone. Sucks!

Yes yes! Need to see the chickens and your set up. After I retire Feb 3 coop will start to be constructed. Been researching for months and drew up my plans. Want to get the grandkiddos super involved and want our our fresh delicious 😋 eggs. Love your videos, down 64 lbs since January 2022 . Thinking about getting Rhode Island Reds with some Black Australops.

“Change your why” spoke to me tremendously. I started looking to lose weight. Some loss and improvement in pain allowed me to go on/off without reaching goal weight and have a successful conception and less complicated childbirth at 41. First child took 7 years to conceive, second took 2 months. I want to lose about 100 lbs. more but that isn’t strong enough of a “why” anymore. My “why” needs to be health to see my grandkids and to be able to be active in their lives.

Thank you for sharing my post❤ and for congratulating me on 49 days of BBBE!! I use 2tbsp of the Nutpod creamer and that’s pretty much it. It was one of the moderators in the Dr. Berry chat that suggested tracking. I was fairly Keto before BBBE. I do walk 10,000 steps a day and exercise with weights on the weekend. Thank you for your suggestions ❤I love your channel.

Help!! No one seems to answer this…..100 grams protein, 100 grams of fat. How do you figure how many grams of fat in a ribeye steak? How many grams of fat in a chuck roast?? I just don’t understand how to calculate the ratio. Is there anyone out there who is confused.
Absolutely love you two!! Thanks fir answer🙂🙂

The weekend of January 14th is the same as low carb Boca Raton. Pats were all be that weekend for sure. Also, can we have a smaller less formal Broward area meet up since that's where you live in several of us do also
