Spanish videos sound great 😉 you may want to subtitle it with English. So no other Channel required 😉 just saying. And maybe in the form of a series like: 5 Spanish videos with subtitles of what to eat in a day to start keto…and add what you cooked. Just like in old days, where you showed as how to calculate, write down what you were going to eat, plus grocery plus cooking 😉

Mowing grass is HORRIBLE. We have a neighborhood teen who mows several of the yards in the neighborhood. $15 a week and he comes weekly. I just gave him a $50 xbox card as a tip for a good job over the summer.
