OMG! Just made baby back ribs, first in Pressure cooker w same spices but tossed in fresh lemon juice and the half lemon went into the liquid (dry rubbed cut up individual ribs w S&P, garlic and onion powder, cumin, sweet smoked paprika). But instead of finishing in a pan, we did in 350° oven using sugar free hickory BBQ sauce (store bought 🤫) Basted multiple times. So delicious! Thank you for your enthusiasm and your headbanger-style of making recipes seem easy to tackle. We really enjoy your videos! MMMMMM

I didn’t have real pork ribs, but pork loins cut like ribs. My wife loved the final results, she said and I quote “OMG SO GOOD, ITS LIKE HEAVEN IN YOUR MOUTH!” Thanks for the step by step directions only thing different I did was added some coconut oil.

Will be making your BBQ sauce today. MUST pass on adding cinnamon and star anise and that mystery spice I dont even know the name of LOL. Little too far off from American Ribs for me.

I've just made some and they're so so good, thanks for both recipes (BBQ sauce and this). Using aromatics when cooking the ribs makes a whole lot of difference to the dish.

Fantastic! By the way, if I don't have a pressure cooker and wok, what can I use instead? And speaking of sauce, do you think there is any way to invent a Keto Teriyaki sauce? I love Teriyaki chicken but the Teriyaki sauce is a problem if one is doing Keto? You think you can invent a Keto Teriyaki sauce? Thanks again for another great video?

I'm made this today with my own recipe. I boil the reb, cover the pot and let stand off the heat after boiling them for 30 to 45 minutes. Into a glass pan, oven at 350F until they brown then add a little sauce. Put that dip on a salad or Brussels sprouts. Gonna try your recipe next time. My husband likes your food attitude.

I've been doing pressure cooker ribs for ages, they are SO good. It's interesting you use a wok to cook them in the sauce, though! My normal recipe uses a dry rub and a sauce and cooks it all together, then reducing the sauce to drizzle on the ribs. Amazing stuff either way!

Makes me seriously want to contemplate getting a pressure cooker. The pork you got for these was very fine looking as well.Only drawback to this video is that the taste-o-vision and smell-o-vision features are not working on my computer! ARGH!

The tasting is my favorite part of your videos. You cover all parts of the emotional spectrum from ecstasy over the taste to almost weeping with joy over the perfection of the dish. You might have a future as a stage performer 😉. Oh wait…
