OMG! I just made this soup and it was fantastic! It's going into my Keto rotation. Thanks for posting. I am just into my second week of keto and have been having trouble planning meals. This helped me meet my macros for the day and have at least a couple meals left over for the week.

My wife made this on Saturday and we let it simmer for quite some time (waiting for halftime) so it was much thicker and it was amazing. I don't know if it was just my imagination but it tasted just like a Quarter Pounder with Cheese from a nameless restaurant.

Thank you for you Cheeseburger Soup! I tweaked it for me though. Instead of Chili powder I used a lot of Hungarian paprika. Didn't have Cumin so I used Turmeric. Didn't have the pepper flakes sadly but what can you do. And used real Garlic, it was in the cupboard. Simmered the meat and liquid for an hour and added the cheeses at the very end before serving. Delicious!

I’ve made this soup a LOT. I love it. I usually add in some dill pickle relish instead of chopping up the pickle. Cuz I’m lazy. :). Thanks for sharing the recipe!

You might want to grate the cheese yourself in the future. Pre packaged shredded cheese is covered in potato starches to prevent them from sticking. The extra carbs add up.
