I'm beginning to think we're related somehow & just didn't know=) This is exactly how I make my coleslaw dressing, & I also keep it in a pint jar for the same reason! How crazy is that~ I went through the same process, trying out amounts of ingredients until I got it just right. Danny's a huge coleslaw fan also, so I was motivated.
*Once in a while- usually if having w/chicken for some reason- I'll get fancy & add in toasted almonds or pecans, & some dried cranberries, then top w/green onion & some black pepper.
