    These look like an easy breakfast, but I’d probably end up eating them more as a snack at the very end of my eating window. Or the very beginning – I occasionally just get hungry early, before my window usually starts, and I’ve found it works out better to just put something light in my stomach rather than try to wait it out. Otherwise I’m just feeling ravenous all day and since I generally stick to my timeframes, I figure it won’t hurt me nearly as much as feeling like I want to eat double portions all day! I have a few similar recipes, but will definitely switch it up with this one. None of the ones I have call for crushed almonds which is appealing to me. It could be changed up by adding some cacao and a bit of Swerve or using chocolate protein powder. Yum! Thanks so much!
