An easy way to get a "graham cracker" crust is to toast almond meal until it's golden brown, add a bit of sweetener and enough butter to hold it together as you press it into the dish. I usually use this for cold pies that need to set. It tastes so good. I'm going to try this cheesecake recipe with the "graham cracker" crust.

I know carrots are not considered keto, but I would love to find a carrot cake recipe without almond flour, or at least without a ton of almond flour. Do you have something like that?

I know this is a lot to ask but do you have any bloopers, I mean. tasting something for the first time with something that didn't turn out yet? I personally need to know that not everything you make turns out perfectly the first time because I can't do that. Even with recipes that are tried and true, some of mine just don't make the cut! That would be amazing. Thanks again for all you are doing and God bless!!!

Thank you again for another fantastic dessert! I second, third or fourth the request for a cookbook. Even if all it is is a pdf file type cookbook. I'd purchase it.

Hi, Victoria. I'm sure you have explained this before but, I'm getting confused with the substitutions, ADD . Could you let me know if I got this right. When substituting recipes with white flower and with your previous recipes (using the previous perfected flower) it's a cup per cup. So, when do we use the gram per gram substitution? Thanks for all the effort you put in to this channel. ps. Just had an idea, how about using a large mug instead, as it is taller?

Victoria, I absolutely am obsessed with everything you put out there! I save every recipe and want to work my way through ALL of them! I’ve built my keto pantry and your recipes by far are the simplest w/ the least ingredients. My bambino fiber arrives next week on 6-21st, so I can’t wait to make that new standard version! In the meantime I will make this cheesecake w/your perfected flour for my Birthday this Sunday!πŸ˜€ Thank you so much for everything you do and so generously share with the world. You truly are a blessing! ❀
Btw, I wonder if a Bain Marie might help these little cheesecakes cook without so much explodingπŸ€·β€β™€οΈ

Quick question: If I have granulated stevia can I use it until I get Allulose? Thank you for another new, delicious, easy recipe! I LOVE the recipe card links & printed your New Standard Keto Flour & mini cheesecake recipe. I'll need to substitute oat fiber until bamboo fiber is available. Also, I plan to grind my own pecan flour in my Vitamix & see how that goes. Thank you again for everything you do !!!

Finally got some pecan flour (ordered from Walmart) — already had the bamboo fiber, so I think I am good to go with putting the new keto flour together! Looking forward to trying it out.
