I have a very practical reason for leaning toward beef that has not been fattened on grains, and that is OXALATES. I go through oxalate dumping about once every 7 to 10 days, and will be motivated to avoid anything that may feed oxalates.

Such a great and informative interview, thank you for sharing this information! My FIL raises beef cattle and I get so frustrated with all the ignorance and negativity surrounding the beef industry! This was awesome! 🙂

I truly enjoyed this video, I learned so much and had all my questions answered. I get tired of feeling that if I'm not eating grassed finished beef then I'm not eating well enough. I do actually prefer the taste of conventional grain finished beef! Thank you for this one! Looking forward to watching your channel as you post new videos!

Great talk! I was left behind with one question, though. Why would you inject a cow with hormones that low of a dosage? What is the point of even doing it? It can hardly have an effect, or what am I missing?

Hi from the other side of the Pond, I want to share with you an idea I have shared with other Carnivore channels, I am fortunate to have in my Town A Butchers Shop. So I asked my Butcher can you make for me Ground Beef to my own Recipe? And he said yes ! "What would you like"? So I said I would like 50% Beef 30% Fat and 20% Beef liver and he said OK and made it for me (you can do your own conversions) 2Kg of ground meat for £8-00 . out of which I made 10 Quater Pounders with a burger press. and they taste fantastic. Cheaper than buying steak every day and you are getting your Beef, your Liver .and your fat all in one. If you don't have a Butchers shop who can make this for you Make your own recipe of ground meat and Invest in a Meat grinder and make your own. Being a carnivore does't need to be Expensive good luck .

just curious, how much are you charged for burger patties at McDonald's? were they willing to allow a la carte? do they make you purchase a minimum amount of burger patties? all the best 🙂

Hey Kelly, would you talk about the difference if any in your immunity since going carnivore. as a teacher you are in a petri dish of bacteria. how often and severely do you catch what's going around and how do you address it? Thank You!

I love the interview (again)❣ 🤗 we do the best we can with the meat we eat, but I did have a question from an interview I watched with Dr Saladino… It was mentioned they are now spraying hay bales with Glyphosate is that correct❓ I don't like it, but would like to be involved to stop it, and I am still eating and going to absolutely eat meat💖😇 Joyfully, Julie

I am kind of in the same opinion .. go for the grass fed if you can afford it but don't feel bad about eating super market beef. Just be careful of the ground beef from the supermarket. Stores can put all kinds of crap, like partially rotten meat into their own ground beef.

Loved this interview, learned so much. When I first started carnivore I would try to get grass fed, but really got frustrated with the price, now 3 months in I buy from my local farmer's market and save so much money. It makes me feel good to support our local farmers.
