Love making a big batch of twice baked potatoes and freeze them so that they are so easy to reheat in the air fryer when you want them as a side. I do sour cream, butter, cheese and bacon bits. I freeze without the cheese topping and before the second bake. We love them and they are a quick and easy side to any meal. Super yummy soup. I have been looking at those noodles but never bought them. I would love them in soup.

πŸ‘‹πŸ€—β€οΈ hey y'all, I love twice baked potatoes and yes they are time consuming. I am very much a creature of habit with cooking or ordering out. The soup I make is the one my grandma and mom always made….. There is no recipe so I started calling it pot roast soup. I take about a pound or so of lean stew meat cut in about 1inch cubes, maybe a little smaller, a roughly diced onion, a large carton of unsalted beef broth. Salt and pepper and bring to boil. While it's boiling, i cut up carrots into rounds/dices and add to boiling. The amt is to your preference. I use about 3/4 of the package of baby carrots. Then i peel and cube russet potatoes, again to your preference. I use about 1/2 of a 5lb bag. I add this to the pot with a 28oz can whole tomatoes that i crush up with my hand. At this point I add water if needed. I continue to cook untill everything is tender. Probably 2-3 hours. Taste during the cooking process and add salt and pepper as needed. Simple but delicious.
    Have a great week πŸ€—

I parbake any "pizza" crust whether naan, flatbread, a tortilla which takes just single digit minutes to cook a pizza or any pizza crust if one does not want a soggy crust from sauce. I also get all toppings cooked or close to the way one wants them. A person can avoid this if an oven at 500 degrees and they really want to mess around and take a lot of trouble but most of us don't have high temp brick ovens in our homes,, etc. I say ALWAYS parbake. Glad to hear you do. Naan kicks butt as a pizza crust alternative. Have you ever made garlic naan as an alternative to garlic bread? OH YUM.

Also glad so see so many on YT who I used to watch who always used boxes of broth doing boullion whether Knorr powder, boulllon cubes, power or even Better Than Bouillon (that's the pricey alternative though like boxed broth). It may not seem expensive a box of broth when one consider the price of one box until one realizes they are using how many a week or how many per meal when the same darned thing is available using bouillon even if you don't have time to make your own broth.

Kudos for both. No expert but many of us older folk have always done such. πŸ˜€ I watch many though because many of you younger set have introduced me to a lot of new ingredients that were never around for some of us.

I was going to say I'd never thought to add a cream of soup and then heard you say it was new to you as well. I'm going to be trying! Thanks as always for your time and effort in making these videos! ❀

Hi Taylor. I enjoyed this video. The best meals are usually the ones that you just throw together. I never have any leftovers because I’m usually just using what I have on hand during those times. πŸ˜‚
    Thanks for sharing as always.πŸ€—πŸ’•
