Wow this was interesting to watch, as soon as I saw the thumbnail I was drawn to click on it. The explanation of how tofu is made was spot on. I would definetly love to try this.

@flochinyere thank you for sharing this recipe. Your big platform really helps out Africans all over the world. I am sensitive to soy as it’s oestrogenic. Please can you help me with this information. My mum made egusi meat substitutes whilst growing up with something she said is a wild fossil mushroom (asurasu) have you tried or heard about this? I need to know exactly what that asurasu is. Many thanks in advance ❤️

Wao. Stumbled across your channel, having watched this I decided to subscribe. Being a vegan residing in Nigeria I make my own tofu and meat alternatives. I never knew adding beetroot would look this good. Going to try this and add to my alternative meat recipes. Thanks for uploading.

THANK YOUUUUU for this, Aunty Flo!! My hubby is Igbo and VEGAN (yes, vegan Nigerians exist 🤣😂😆) and I’m always looking for vegan alternatives. Usually I buy tofu already prepared in blocks or other fake meat alternatives, but this looks cost effective and healthier. You always amaze me, Ma! Thank youuuuuuu!!
