What does "easy cook" long grain rice mean? is that the parboiled rice? or just regular long grain rice.

Thanks for the video. I have been struggling to get the perfect texture of jollof rice with the instant pot. Mine always turns out too soft. Did you do 10 mins of natural release before you manually released the rest of the pressure? Also how many cups of rice was this?
