Edit: I am making this right now😁 we dont have carrots so I am adding fresh mushrooms because its what we have. I saw Maangchi's version of this before but it's a spicy version. I couldn't find time to cook it for myself because my mom is not into spicy food. Now I found this version she might make me make this more often than the usual afritada or adobo lol

Looks like something my Grandmother would make…without the noodles, but fluffy dumplings you'd usually put in Chicken and Dumplings recipes. So yummy. I'd like the noodles, too.
