Nice curry Sowmya..We can also prepare wet potato curry by using just crushed green chillies , ginger and tomato pieces for tempering …A little bit of turmeric and diced potatoes go into this… Later on some water , one tsp of sugar and salt is added before pressure cooking it with one whistle..This satvik curry is of course prepared in pure ghee…This type of curry is prepared in joshimath and kedarnath .. Needless to say about the taste… absolutely divine…
