Man that Caribbean jerk spice is awesome I got mine when At Kroger’s. Van’s World made some Caribbean jerky with that seasoning you have to watch that video! Its some of the best jerky I’ve ever tried and I also tried making it it was very good. They have a lot of different types of great tasting seasons that are very powerful. Just a dab will do yha. Your always coming up with something different that’s cool.

Slammin jammin Jaxx! That sounds really good, I’ll have to give it a try, I use my instant pot a fair amount, so easy. Digging that jerk sauce, it does look delicious. Have a great weekend brother!

It looked great, and we eat first with our eyes. 🤙 I love jerk, but I've never used it on beef. I usually go for chicken, sometimes pork, even thought about doing goat. Just not beef, for some reason. I usually make my own jerk seasoning; enough to cover 14# of chicken thighs at a time. It involves a TON of ingredients, which makes it one I can't just pull out of my head and make without a recipe. When I'm feeling lazy, I'll use the Walkerswood to supplement a base of onion, scallion, ginger and vinegar. It works but not as good. I may try this one with chicken too. Stay well, buddy.
