Thank you for sharing the recipe! How much coconut milk did you add to the flour mixture and potato puree? The recipe says 2 cups for the glaze, but you did not list how much to add to the wet mixture.

I make this every Thanksgiving. It modified Emeril LaGasse’s recipe. It replace sweet potato pie in my house. Just thinking about it makes me so happy. My recipe has a toasted coconut and pecan topping. Your glaze intrigued me.
