I'm a freshman in college and the lowerclassmen aren't allowed to live in the townhouses so I don't have a store. But I can't wait for spring break so I can go home and make this!!!!

Hey Chef Ricardo! New subscriber! A few years ago I went on a mission trip with my church to Miami, FL., and when I was there I found a few Caribbean/Jamaican restaurants and I became obsessed with Stewed beef (just the stewed beef), rice w/ beans, and stewed cabbage. Now, granted, I know you have just made stewed beef in your video ^^^, but I was wondering if you could email me all three of the recipes so that I can cook them here at home in Milwaukee, WI where there are NO Jamaican/Caribbean restaurants ANYWHERE causing me to come home with a HUGE hole in my heart! PLEASE HELP! triciapawlowski@email.com

Hello Chef Ricardo, I noticed that you have a previous video (Oct 30, 2013) of Stew Beef served with Tomato Rice, but the recipe seems much more complicated. The two recipes have different rice, but the stews are prepared much differently with the prior one having many more ingredients including tomato paste. Can you explain the difference and tell me which is the more common dish?
