So glad I watched this video. Last time I went to the supermarket jackfruit was the only thing left in the beans/pulses section lol. I don't have any at home and I was thinking about going out to get some, but it's not worth the risk of going to the supermarket for only a couple of items! Will fry up some tofu and use that instead. Can't wait to make it! Love you Lauren x

Loved this. Perfect recipe. Going to try it. Just bought reduced jackfruit today. Thank you for your cooking tips BTW. I learned how to cook watching you videos the last few years 😁 and my bf is very happy about that too 🍜

Great quarantine lockdown video which is what we need to give us something to distract us from the craziness of the Coronavirus. Keep safe and well and practice social distancing when you need to go out.

Love this! You’re videos encouraged me to learn to cook and experiment in the kitchen! This is how I cook now, most of the time just throwing things together based on my knowledge of cooking and other recipes!

Best thing about this quaratine and doing non-stop online college work and eating non-stop is that you can watch her videos at 11:47pm while finishing your assignment and the only you can think of is that it you need. Can you please send over that laska over to me ASAP and that fridge lol

I absolutely love these Recipe?! videos! That looks amazing! I have also read Salt, Fat, Acid, Heat; it is one of the best books for teaching people how to cook without recipes.

I made this for dinner tonight, with a few modifications since I didn’t have lime or masala. It’s soooo good. Even my kids ate it- and two are toddlers. Win win!!
