Nice comparison. I do mine in my air fryer from the start. On 205 for 45 mins as a rule , there are two potatoes we have one each with the extra bits you mention , they are always really nice. Worth a try. . Maybe not as fluffy as the microwave ones. However we like them. Thank you for sharing.
