The Bald Chef shows you how to cook this famous recipe from Italy, Osso Buco . Some call this Osso Bucco, and it is a Veal shank slow cooked Italian style …
This guy is so boring ! a few glasses of white wine before !
Lost me when you added pesto and red chili flakes and I didn't see chopped up onions, carrots, garlic, bell peppers. Shouldn't osso bucco be finished off in a Dutch oven or a half a hotel pan that you can put a top on then pop it in the oven at 350 or even 300 for a couple of hours, depending on size and quantity of the shanks.
You"re making what??? π
I'd add frying up some fine chopped onions, garlic, carrots and maby the mushrooms in the oil before adding the wine and finally some chopped fresh tomatoes. Perhaps reduce the amount of oil and add some butter initially.
Worst Osso Buco coked I have ever seen
White wine? What kind? Cooking wine, Chardonnay, etc…?
Food looks good didnβt have to eat it infront of us
Why are you winded just talking?
Tried this recipe. All I can say is… WOW! Tongue is still singing!
Nice
But it was good!! Thanks
I canβt take direction from someone that canβt even say the dish properly. Itβs bucco, not busso!!come on man!!

Great recipe! I was looking for something a little different than the usual carrot, celery, onion style versions. I also like a little heat in my dishes. It's winter here in OZ and this is perfect food for it. Served it on sweet potato mash. Will do again!
You should be called Glen the Sloppy Chef. Holy cow. Osso Bucco is a great dish and this recipe looks great even if it's different from those I've used and even if uses pesto (strange), but your cooking etiquette as it relates to keeping things clean and your messy plating took away from it all.
Itβs pronounced : Osso Boo-Ko…voilΓ !
no gremolata?
im sorry but if you dont know how to pronounce it you defo dont know how to cook it.
Sounds tasty, but a shame to use jarred pesto – don't chefs make their own?
And why do Americans use cutlery like children? Weird to watch

Excellent recipe! Thank you, Chef.
Chef, I couldn't help notice the heavy breathing when you talk. Lay off the salt and get some exercise! The Osso Buco looks delicious.
