    This was DELICIOUS. I generally don't try recipes that call for something like "Hunt's Fire Roasted Tomatoes with Garlic" instead of raw ingredients, because often I can't get that one specific branded product in my region (or it's been discontinued etc.). But in this case I did just use a can of regular diced tomatoes and adjusted the spices and it was very, very good. Thank you.

    Thank you for this recipe! I made it two weeks ago, and it was fantastic. It's a much faster way to get a low carb lasagna flavor without making an actual zucchini lasagna.

    Awesome! I do this exact thing but with meat balls already made. I just break it up in the food processor to make it look like ground meat. I love sausage too! I do this in the slow cooker sometimes and just add the zoodles and the cheese within the last hour. Thanks for the recipe!
