My Papà used to tell me how they used to eat the polenta off the table as a family. He came from Pescara del Tronto, Provincia Ascoli Piceno in the Marche. It was destroyed by the 2016 earthquake sadly and I only got to see it once 5 years ago for 2 hours when his cousin showed us around. I wanted to make polenta but I didn't remember my nonna's recipe I have watched so many videos that I lost count but none of them was similar to the recipe I vaguely remembered when suddenly today I got this video in my recommendations and this is the polenta recipe I recalled from my childhood I'm so so happy! Thank you so much for sharing this brought so many fond memories.
