I love this dish it's really a European staple I am next door to you guys I'm from exyogoslavia from Belgrade right next to Italy we are neighbors, and we make this dish all the time, we also use smoked meat, like you know smoked ham, smoked ribs and sausages , and we finished it off in the oven, and yes we use any type of white bean also..😇🌹

I made this and it's really delicious, but I don't understand why you have to slowcook it for so long? Can you explain because I had the feeling it was ready as soon as everything was well done.

YUM!! 😍 I'm gonna remember the name this way: It's called MINEST, like MINESTRONE soup, which has beans too. And I just love some good minestrone soup. This looks even better; gonna have to try minest!!😋💜🥣❤
