    There’s tons of good suggestions in this vid. I haven’t been working for the past two weeks and I’ve been self isolating. I’ve started doing 18 hour fasts as I don’t need much food per say. I’m doing some home exercises but not expending too much energy otherwise as I’m just at home. Bullet proof coffee or high fat shakes can get you through your day and enjoy a nice meal for dinner. Canned coconut milk/cream is great for adding fat, nutrients and taste to your coffee/shakes as is heavy whipping cream and mct oil. All of these things have a long shelf life as does almond milk that hasn’t been refrigerated yet. Stay safe my dude

    Really interesting, thanks so mch for some new ideas, currently in the group that are in the 12 week stay home brigade. Hopefully eggs coming today, had no idea you could freeze them, thanks so much. Lovely to see your four legged family. Stay safe all x
