Please stop frying in oil !!!
Unstable vegetables oils = guaranteed nasty cancer.
Use either butter, coconut oil or lard …
No, olive oil is for SALADS, low flash point, look it up.
Fun fact: before the vietnam war, everyone was using coconut oil … then during/after the war switched to olive/other oils … and cancer soured …

when i put eggs into the rice cooker or even broccoli, its usually at the end of the rice cook cycle so that its not over done. I really only add in root veggies before cooking since they take the longest to tenderize. But yeah anything from adding in dehydrated onions to adding some stock powder to add flavor i find all works.

Why did you put the eggs in so early? You put it in at the tail end of the rice cooking so the eggs can still stay runny. C'mon, I'd expect someone that cooks as much as you do to know that much.

I like how he used potatoes which soak up water in the rice cooker then calls the rice dry 🤣 Bro that's your own fault for switching out the Asian ingredients for Western ingredients and not realizing basic cooking with a rice cooker
