Definitely a premium! You're paying for Spiral accomodation, ambiance and the food selection! A lotta people visited during the holidays since pandemic restrictions got more lax and definitely a lot of Filipinos booked tables! Perfect place to have a buffet with balikbayans since Sofitel is near the airport 🙂 Personally prefer Spiral over buffets at Solaire, Okada & Conrad. Casino malls tend to be too crowded. Plus Spiral in my opinion has better food selection and quality!

Hello friends, I pray that you have/find faith in the sacrifice of the Lord and Savior, Christ Jesus. He is the Son of God and the Word of God. All in all came by, through, and for him. If you believe in heart and speak with your mouth that "Jesus is Lord", then you will be saved. Amen.

Spiral doesn't really target the regular Filipinos but there are a lot of buffets like it around the Philippines that serves all around the world cuisines. For example, the RJ's buffet in Bicol region provides the same type of ambiance and food set up as the Spiral buffet tho it's only worth 669 pesos per head.

Ooh, me and my family went here a few months ago. They had a bunch of mostly Asian options (which is way different than here in the US) and there was also people playing jazz on the stairwell. Also I bought one of the cute white bears they have on display 🙂

I think it would be really worth it if you'd stick to the meat section, sushi/sashimi section and cheese bar. All of those individually/ala carte are worth more in PH peso, and since it's Spiral at Sofitel you're assured that it's really of quality. If you buy those cheeses in deli shops like Santis Delicassen here in the PH, 100g could cost you around P150 – 300.00 depending on the type of cheese (to reference, we were able to buy a whole Dutch Edam cheese for P600).

Yes, but IF and only IF they’ve rehired all the chefs they lost during the pandemic!! We went there a month after they reopened and we were so disappointed that we asked to speak to the manager. He apologized and said they lost ALL their foreign chefs due to the shutdown, including their pastry chef (which explained how BAD the cakes and little pastries were). For the price we paid, it was incredibly disappointing. Their food used to be SCRUMPTIOUS.

In the Ph context, I wouldn’t say it’s worth it?? Maybe to try once for the experience would be nice but there are lots of buffet options that also offer the same variety of international cuisines (minus the cheese room) that are a third of the price! Vikings group has a few buffet chains that are good costing little less than $20 per person.

But if my tito pays for the Spiral experience I wouldn’t say no 😆😆

For sure it was worth the price! All those selections! All you can eat. You can't even get a great steak dinner at a restaurant for that price! Looks like everyone enjoyed❤

Ok hear me out, it looks REALLY GOOD but the price for someone that can't even pay that much it is not worth it but it looks good and worth it when YOU AREN'T paying for the meal
